One of the most important freight documents is the waybill. A waybill is a record of an agreement for goods transport. The shipper (sender) agrees with the carrier that the carrier will take receipt of a specified cargo, and will transport that cargo to an unloading address, where the goods will be delivered to an addressee. The waybill contains all the details necessary for implementing the transport agreement. The Dutch Carriage of Goods by Road Act (WWG) states that waybills must be present in the vehicle, during transport.

For both domestic and cross-border transport, a waybill must be drawn up. On request, we can prepare waybills on your behalf. These documents then fulfil all the requirements contained in the CMR conditions (for cross-border transport) and AVC conditions (for domestic transport).
